The System ignores common law etc because, the vast majority allows them to do so, simply either through their own willful ignorance, or their never knowing that there was another way?
Our movement, was created by the System, for the System. We are their most used tool and most valued asset.
95% of the information we "gather" is, in effect, handed to us to fit a particular narrative by their design. A narrative, btw, that we cultivate and mature for them, before spreading it to the rest.
They use our innate, propensity towards tribalism, deliberately against us, time after, time after time and play the vast majority of us like a virtuoso pianist.
99.9% of the people on here, think they know what the System is, how it works, or even who's at the helm and yet they know less than nothing, still believing the same old diatribe that both ostracises them from the rest of society and deliberately puts them in echo chambers to further intensify and engrain their self indoctrination.
They have been led down the garden path and stopped by the fishpond, transfixed by the glitter from the sunlight dancing off the scales of the goldfish, beneath the translucent water.
They can hear the majestic fountains just mere feet away, yet choose not to look up and see the awe inspiring spectacle before them, because it can't be anything better than these goldfish, that's for sure?
Those people that're persuading them to look up, for just a brief moment just to see how wrong they are, are met with insults and the same tired old "evidence", that if they'd actually look at what the actual substance of that evidence is?
Set aside their enforced dogma for a second, to actually see what their evidence truly consists of?
That evidence would be like dry sand through their fingers!
Sadly you can't tell these kinds of people they're wrong?
No matter what you say, what you show them, no matter how much truth you present to them, their mind will literally not allow them to see it...

The Myths of Spartan Homosexuality & Pederasty

Often an adult Spartan man took a young man or boy under his wing, and in this case the relationship was of the teacher-student, mentor, sponsor kind, as was the relationship between Achilles (the brash young hero) and Patroclus (his prudent and wise mentor, older than him), a relationship that, without any justification, has been classified as homosexual by certain media groups. This is where modern historiography, serving clear interests of social engineering, has stuck its big nose.  

The pace of life that the Spartan soldier led was very intense, and as a result the soldiers felt a close sense of brotherhood with each other. This has been used to feed the false myth of Spartan homosexuality & pederasty.

About the Spartans, Xenophon wrote:

“If anyone, being an honest man, admired the soul of a boy and tried to make a friendship & association with him, this was approved of, because the Spartans believed in the excellence of this type of training. But if it was ever clear that the reason for the attraction was the boy's outward beauty, this friendship was forbidden & seen as an abomination. And so men abstained from sex with boys just as parents abstain from sexual intercourse with their children, or brothers and sisters from sexual intercourse with each other.”
  
Here we have seen that such a relationship between man and adolescent in Sparta was of the teacher-student type, of mentorship, founded on respect and admiration, and involving training and instruction.
  
Others spoke about the Spartan institution of mentor-student love, but they always made it clear that this love was "chaste." The Roman Aelius said that if two Spartan men were ever to "succumb to temptation and indulge in carnal relations, they must redeem the insult to Sparta's honor by either going into exile or ending their own lives." Which basically meant that the penalty for homosexuality in Sparta was death or exile (exile was considered in those days worse than death itself).  
  
It is worth mentioning that if homosexuality & pederasty was really something as natural for the early Greeks as it was later on for the Greeks of the declining decadent states, Hellenic mythology would be infested with explicit references to sodomite relations, and it is not, since homosexuality was a plague foreign to the Hellenic spirit that appeared only when Greece had already fallen into decadence. By Plato's time, for example, homosexuality & pedophilia (of both boys & girls) was beginning to be tolerated in Athens itself. However, ancient and even some modern authors make it clear that Sparta had never fallen into this filth. Moreover, the high status of women in Sparta would have ensured that male homosexuality & pederasty would never have been able to take root as a cultural practice. Homosexuality & pederasty appeared in other Greek states only in their decadent declines, alongside the misogyny & pedophilia that unfortunately characterized some Greek states in their declining twilight years.
