Women are so hated & therefore “modest” in Islamic societies that many Muslim men don’t even have natural sexual urges for females; they instead have sexual urges for little boys & grown men. You cannot EVER use outside rituals (such as clothing) to regulate the purity of the internal world (the mind & heart). Those who are pure hearted do not see the naked body as a sin, but as beauty, as divine art, which is what it is. This is also why ritual based religions are absolutely useless & the antithesis of True Spirituality. Judaism & Islam especially are highly ritual based religions; basically none of their religious practices involve anything that purifies the internal world, the Heart & Spirit. Bobbing repetitively against a wall (Judaism) or sticking your butt in the air 5x a day to appease the moon god of Arabia (Islam) does NOTHING to raise your consciousness or spiritual state. These rituals require ZERO internal work, and that is why practitioners of these immoral religions remain spiritually stunted & never advance their level of consciousness.
