Whether Brotleibe is truthworthy overall, I can't say.
He seems to trust vaccines. He may simply be coming from a "normie" mindset on that topic.
I asked him about this on twitter. He responded:
"I stop at electrodynamics, RF, computer science, pentesting and electronics".

Technically he seems pretty competent, and I suspect he may be correctly calling out certain types of vaccine misinformation. Such misinformation doesn't help the truth movement.
