A glimpse, into the kinds of rabbit holes i travel?

(File 1 and file 2, need to be read, in that order! The reason why, will become very self evident, especially considering that file 1, is from January and file 2, around a month ago)

These papers, may very well go over people's heads and that's understandable, they're god damn baffling, if you're not focusing on them!
But, this is what I've been looking into, for 18 months / 2 years now?
I've basically had to self teach myself, a layman's version of genetics in order to get what some of the stuff they're talking about is?
Only to find out that, minus the unnecessarily overly complex terminology, the field isn't that difficult to understand!
The complex jargon, that is used is, in part, to put off the uninitiated and also, it's better than,
"That wibbly bit, connected to the gooey blobby bit, tells the zigzag what to do?", when describing what you see!
Anyone in the field who thinks they could help, i'd really appreciate it, lemme know in the comments
