The defendant had been convicted of 14 offences on seven separate occasions, including for robbery, having a knife and drug dealing, dating back to 2017.
Little was due to stand trial on July 10 for the terrorism offence before pleading guilty at the hearing before Mr Justice Baker.
Prosecutor Duncan Penny KC asked for time to consider the defendant's basis of plea in relation to his targets.
Mr Justice Baker adjourned sentencing until July 21 and remanded Little into custody.

The Buttar Family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Rashid A. Buttar, D.O.
Dr. Buttar passed away on May 18th, 2023, at his home, while spending time with his family.
Dr. Buttar attended Washington University and graduated with a double major in Biology and Theology. He then went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dr. Buttar was a retired Major in the US Army. He served with the 5th Special Forces group and the 101st Airborne Division.
He is survived by his three loving children, Sara, (30) Abie, (24) and Rahan (18).
Service arrangements have not yet been made. The family intends to have a private service. The family requests privacy at this time and appreciates your continued support and prayers.
Sad to learn that he'd passed away, I'd not spoken with him, since early 2021 and that was after I began looking into DARPA and their DREADDS technology (I figured who better to ask, than a former special forces surgeon and I was delighted to have had the few conversations that we had?)
To me, he always came across as passionate and determined to bring to the public eye the situation with big pharma and their misuse of and malpractice, surrounding vaccines in general and even more so during the scam! He was even extremely willing to, not only listen to this crazy English guy talking about weird controllable biotech in the vaccines, but also help him with anything further he needed, in order to see if that, what was what was inndeed in it? (most of hose papers and articles, that i have on the DREADDS tech, being from Dr. Buttar).
It's a sad loss, to our fight, but I think he wouldn't want us to see his death as that and instead would rather see us, double if not triple our effort?

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump vowed this week to release all files related to the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy after his nephew, also running for president for the Democratic Party, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., said he believes US intelligence officials may have been involved in his death in 1963.
“I’ve already published a lot, as you know. But if I’m reelected, I’ll release everything else,” Trump told The Messenger on Monday, referring to the hundreds of classified documents at the CIA’s request.
When Trump was president, he released thousands of documents on the Kennedy assassination, revealing that the CIA had the assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, on its radar, even having contacted him on multiple occasions.
Everything indicates that Oswald was an agent recruited from the intelligence agency to carry out the attack.
All the clues are there, but the document that confirms it without any doubt or room for interpretation is missing, and according to Trump himself, this could be in the papers that are kept classified.
In 1992, a law stipulated that all documents related to JFK be made public.
However, several presidential administrations, including the Trump and Biden administrations, have suspended the release of these most sensitive documents “at the express request of the CIA.”
In a statement when he was president, Trump asserted that he could not release all of the records because “certain information must continue to be redacted due to identifiable national security, law enforcement, and foreign affairs concerns.”
