The past part describing Klarenberg’s interrogation, in our opinion, is this one:

“An extended philosophical discussion about journalism and the public interest followed. “Your work might be interesting to the public,” an officer told Klarenberg, “but it’s not in the public interest.” He insisted that a journalist could be furthering the interests of a hostile state actor in reporting on national security issues.”

Judge Worked For Same British Government Departments That Have Pursued Assange

The judge who has rejected Julian Assange's appeal against extradition to the US, Jonathan Swift, has a history of working for government departments that are persecuting the WikiLeaks founder, according to Declassified UK/Consortium News. Swift previously worked as “First Treasury Counsel”, representing the UK government in major litigation, with cases including two for the Foreign Office. In June Swift rejected arguments against a deportation flight to Rwanda. The US seeks to extradite Assange in connection with WikiLeaks’ publication of leaked documents. He faces 175 years in prison and would be the first publisher prosecuted under the Espionage Act.
