Looks like I was wrong about the magnetism of graphene, turns out (according to this) that graphene can't conduct electricity, that's why it needs platinum around it to take in a charge?
Thing is, in order to be magnetic, you also need to be able to conduct electricity... Something graphene (again, according to this can't?)
