TRAFFICKING IN VICTIM SUPPORT SERVICES

As a survivor and whistleblower of MK Ultra and Satanic ritual abuse, Rachel Caruso inadvertently uncovered a mammoth human trafficking system within the very structures that are supposed to be supporting victims of trafficking. This structure includes but is not limited to the UK's National Referral Mechanism (NRM). [1]
Rachel was born into multigenerational MK Ultra and SRA in Maryland, USA. In 2016, she was trafficked to the UK. When she simply sought help accessing therapy in 2017, she was inducted without her informed consent into the NRM, which is the UK's singular response to human trafficking and its catch-all support for the victims.
The very organisations behind the NRM's so-called support are religious charities riddled with decades or centuries-old scandals of child sex abuse, cult abuse and other serious crimes against humanity. At the helm of it is the Salvation Army, which the UK's Home Office has contracted to head up all support which the victims in the NRM are legally ennoscriptd to. [2] It is a multi-million pound contract in which the Salvation Army then subcontracts out to twelve other charities [3] – 13 in total – all religious, all riddled with the same cult and sex abuse scandals.
The Salvation Army itself was founded by a Freemason, funded by the Rothschilds.

Rachel was held in not one, but two safe houses run by two different NRM organisations: One in Royal Wootton Bassett by the Medaille Trust (co-founded by Masonic Brothers Hospitallers of St. John of God), who after a year of abuse sent her against her will to one of City Hearts' safe houses in Sheffield. The City Hearts charity is part of C3 global, a network of over 500 megachurches, which stemmed from Australian Christian Churches, formerly known as Assemblies of God – where Hillsong originated from. [4]
These and other Salvation Army subcontractors within the NRM have come under scrutiny for serious abuse and life control of the trafficking victims in their safe houses, not to mention their church cult members.

From her first-hand experience, Rachel attests that these organisations are actually conducting ritual abuse, MK Ultra reprogramming and other forms of human trafficking, all deliberately engineered by the Home Office's NRM. She makes the distinction from general low-level mind control and asserts it is full-on ritual abuse and MK Ultra slavery, where the victims have already been split into multiple personalities from childhood and are still accessed for rituals, sexual exploitation, torturous programming, and slave job assignments.
The NRM network comprises of the Home Office, including Visas & Immigration (the department which handles asylum applications and immigrants of all kinds, including those who are undocumented trafficking victims), police, social services, the NHS, other charities, and more.
