Those accused of the Crocus terrorist attack were placed under arrest

Four citizens of Tajikistan accused of the terrorist attack on March 22 visited the Basmanny Court in Moscow. The judge sent everyone into custody until May 22.

The maximum punishment under part three of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Terrorist act by an organized group of persons resulting in the death of a person” is life imprisonment. Accused:

Mirzoev Dalerjon Barotovich – 32 years old,
Rachabalizoda Saidakrami Murodali – 30 years old,
Faridduni Shamsutdin – 25 years old,
Fayzov Muhammadsobir Zokirchonovich – 19 years old.

All four admitted guilt. The first two did not have work or registration in Russia. In court they needed an interpreter.

Faridduni, registered in Krasnogorsk, was employed at a factory as a laborer. On March 4, I flew from Turkey, where I went “for the sake of documents.” In the video of the interrogation he admitted that he committed a crime for the sake of money.

Faizov is unemployed. Previously he worked as a hairdresser in Ivanovo, where he was registered. He was filming during the terrorist attack. Presumably, Fayzov was driving a Renault and on the way from Crocus he deliberately hit an eight-year-old boy. During his arrest, he shot at security forces and was injured. He was brought to the courtroom from the hospital, where he underwent surgery.
