⁣Unlike you, I have worked extensively with the CIA’s Special Activities Division’s Ground Branch—the so-called “Jason Bourne’s.”

I’m intimately familiar with their regime change modus operandi, from orchestrating coups to carrying out political action.

These are the dirtiest of players.

And if you don’t know who you’re looking for and why, you won’t see them.

Case in point: During the Kosovo crisis of 1999, a British member of the OSCE observation mission told me how he ran into “Jess”, someone we both knew from our time in Iraq.

“Jess” was part of the U.S. observer mission.

“Jess” was an ISA operative attached to the CIA’s ground branch.

His job is unconventional warfare and regime change.

It was at that time I knew the CIA had cooked the entire Kosovo crisis up.

Because people like “Jess” don’t just appear out of nowhere for no reason.

But if you didn’t know the backstory, you’d think you met a charming former seminarian doing God’s work as an observer.

The CIA admits it built 12 bases on Ukrainian soil for anti-Russian operations.

The Special Activities Division’s Ground Branch was responsible for training Ukrainian operators in unconventional warfare.

Ukraine is a cesspool of covert CIA activity.

And they operate at 100%.
