WAYS TO USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AT HOME

🔵Washing Whites with HP
• Brighten your white clothes by adding 1 cup of HP to your laundry , let it soak for 1 hour, wash as normal. HP is a natural bleach alternative which removes stains & is much safer to use.

🔵Make a toothpaste with HP
• Use HP & baking soda to make a paste & brush your teeth.
• Prevents bad breath & gingivitis.

🔵Use HP As A Plant Defender
• Ward off mold from your plants by adding HP to some water. Spritz on no the leaves & stems.

🔵Sanitize Toothbrush with HP
• After each use, immerse toothbrush in some HP to kill bacteria & prevent the build-up of germs, mildew & mold.

🔵Sanitize Appliances with HP
• Use HP on a cloth to wipe & sanitize your fridge, dishwasher, microwave & other electronic devices. This will remove food stains & keep insects away.

• Make a mixture of equal parts of HP & lukewarm water.
• Swish around in your mouth for 30 seconds, spit out & rinse.

• Add a 1/2 cup to your dishwashing liquid to make it more powerful to remove food stains.

• Make a paste with HP & baking soda & rub it into the hardened food stains. Soak for 30 min, scrub with scouring pad & warm water.

🔵Cleans Cutting Board
• Spray cutting board with HP, let sit for 30 min, rinse, dry.

🔵Whiten Grout
• Make sure the grout is dry, spray HP on the grout, leave to soak then scrub with a toothbrush.
• Add toothpaste to the mix by dissolving it with the HP to make a paste.

• Spray some HP in your toilet bowl & wipe away with a dry cloth.

🔵Sanitize Baby Toys
• Mix 1 cup of HP in 2 L of water in a bucket. Throw in all nonelectronic toys for 20 mins & then dry them.

🔵Clean Your Bathing Tools
• Fill the face basin with water & add 1 cup of HP , 1/4 cup of baking soda to it. Mix it all together and add your bathing tools.
• Soak for about 20 minutes, rinse & dry.

• HP is used to clean & calm minor cuts & bruises.

• If heels need a bit of attention, soak feet for 30 min in a solution of warm water & HP, whitens toe nails also.

• Just spray undiluted HP on the shower curtain & leave it to break up & dissolve soapy grime that builds up & causes discoloration, rinse.

• Put some HP in a spray bottle & spritz on the areas affected by the mold. Let it soak 30 min & spray it another time. Wash with dish soap & a scouring pad then rinse with water. Wear a glove when handling moldy areas.

🔵Sore throat Treatment
• Mix a solution of equal parts of HP & water, gargle twice a day to treat a sore throat.

🔵Clean Fruits & Vegetables
• Wash your fruits & veggies in a solution of 6 cups of water & 1/4 cup HP, soak for 15 min, rinse, dry.

🔵Preserve your salad a bit longer
• Pour 1 tsp of HP in a basin with 5 cups of water & wash your lettuce & other leafy vegetables to prevent wilting & spoilage for a longer time.

🔵Sanitize Book Covering
• Clean book covers by spraying a cloth with HP & wipe it down!
