Russia has developed a system to search for prohibited content in Telegram
🔵 Russian company "Sprut-Inform" has developed a solution for monitoring Telegram
⏺ The solution allows searching for illegal content and preventing attempts to recruit Russians for sabotage.
🔵 Functions of the "Sprut-Tel" system:
⏺ The Sprut-Tel system monitors Telegram to identify keywords from the customer's list.
⏺ Finds extremist and destructive content and its authors.
⏺ Generates a list of sources for search.
⏺ Fills the database with text data from channels, public chats and comments.
⏺ Analyzes data according to the customer's task.
🔵 Additional features:
⏺ Sets Telegram accounts that left reactions under the post.
⏺ It is planned to add analysis of statements in groups and emoji.
⏺ The user behavior analysis function is being tested to detect bots.
⏺ Law enforcement agencies need tools to monitor social networks and messengers to quickly check content.
⏺ The goal is to reduce the density of prohibited content on the Internet.

Channel administrators themselves are forced to delete comments so that the AI does not remove the ability to comment. So far without warnings, but later, it is quite possible that "Strikes" will follow, "warnings" to channel owners, and it will be necessary to be on duty around the clock for censorship. 🤬
