So why would the goal of a certain tribe be to convince Whites to mix with blacks? One large reason is total genocide & extinction of the White race via racial mixing, and another is to drastically lower the average IQ of the slave class they are trying to create. They want a slave class with less intelligence than the average White but higher intelligence than the average black so the slaves will still be able to operate in some form of technological society. IQ is genetically determined. The world rulers do not want a race whose members have the potential to use their innate intelligence to overthrow them. And the race which is a threat to the evil world rulers is the White one. The level of evil involved in this agenda is profound.
