"This is the sworn High Court statement of our beloved daughter, Paloma Scarlet Shemirani, submitted on 28 April 2024 and sent to both her parents and her legal supporter. It was written in her own words, with full capacity, courage, and clarity.
She was a Cambridge graduate, Roedean scholar, former beauty queen, linguist, and dress designer. She was confident, loving, and principled and would be utterly betrayed by those who continue to lie about her after death.
She names doctors who drugged her without consent. She was clear: “I do NOT want to be made infertile… I will NOT set foot in Maidstone Hospital again.”
