A petition will not stop this but it needs to be signed by at least 2 million people as a show of non compliance. It's also good for getting the issue out there so do your stuff with it if you feel minded to. Remember it's not a tool that will stop the process. It's a show from us about where we stand, and a conversation starter for the uninitiated

Brit Card?... Nope! Time to unite - Sam Fisher YouTube

If you live in the UK and you're not making this your top priority, you're part of the problem (or, quite frankly, likely an op) time to pull your finger outta your asses and fight this, regardless of our differences, we need to come together.

BRITCARD: The Most Dangerous Policy You’ve Never Voted For

They’re calling it BritCard. A digital ID. A “convenient” way to access public services. But behind the branding lies the greatest threat to British liberty in modern history.

Let’s break down what’s really happening..

BritCard would create a mandatory digital ID linked to every part of your life:
- Health records
- Benefits
- Housing
- Education
- Bank access
- Driving licence
- Voting rights

You would need it to exist as a citizen.

This is not about convenience. This is about control.

The BritCard proposal says citizens would become “digitally visible to the state across every interaction.”

Translation: You will be tracked. Always.

The system will record and store your every move:
- Where you go
- What you claim
- Who you vote for
- What you say
- Which protests you attend
- What you buy

This data is centralised and retained. Forever. That data can then be used to profile you, target you, or even deny you access to services.

If your views don’t align?

If you refuse to comply?

The state could lock you out of life itself — no appeal, no oversight.

Under BritCard, rights become privileges. You don’t have the right to vote or travel or get treatment. You earn it — by complying.

Dissent becomes dangerous.

Privacy becomes impossible.

Private companies will be allowed to integrate too.

Imagine this world:
- Your employer checks political views
- A bank freezes your account over “misinformation”
- A shop logs your meat intake for climate compliance

BritCard enables it all. There is no right to opt out. No privacy safeguard.

And the whole thing could be run by a private company under licence — meaning zero democratic accountability.

Here’s the kicker. While the Tony Blair Institute isn’t officially listed as the funder… The fingerprints of Tony Blair are all over this.

From the policy model, to the language, to the agenda, this is pure Blairism 2.0. Blair has pushed digital ID and centralised control for decades. Now his allies inside Labour Together are resurrecting it under Starmer. Same machine. Different branding.

This breaks:
Article 8: Privacy
Article 10: Expression
Article 11: Assembly
Article 6: Innocence
Article 14: Non-discrimination
Protocol 1: Voting rights

And your basic right to live without surveillance.

Authoritarianism doesn’t arrive with jackboots. It arrives with “efficiency.” It arrives with “modernisation.” And it always arrives wrapped in the promise of safety.

That’s BritCard.

This isn't British.

This is totalitarian.

A digital permission slip to exist.

Our ancestors fought and died for freedom. Now it’s being traded away…

…for an app?

Resist. Speak. Expose.

If we allow BritCard to pass, we hand the government and corporations total control of our lives.

This is the line.

📄 Read the proposal for yourself.

🔁 Share if you believe in Freedom over Fear.
