Venom Therapeutics Research (Drop 1 of 2)

I have to say this is one of, if not the most fascinating medical rabbit holes I've ever gone down and is easily up there with my researching of DARPA's DREADDS technology. The amount of applications for venom based, therapeutics is astonishing and you can begin to see and sort of understand, why they've been using venom (particularly snake venom, as that's the one they've made the most progress with and are using now) to treat any number of medical conditions, some of which are chronic. Most recently, it is being used in the treatment of covid (Remdesivir) the patents for which are in drop 2.
