In this issue of the OJID they are looking into the effectiveness of a 3rd booster shot (needless to say, they aren't impressed). They look at the monoclonal antibodies, their efficacy and their safety in people with varying conditions. Along with an interesting look into parasites that cause immunodeficiency diseases.
