The initiatory school of Delphic mysteries was a venerable institution, attended by notable figures from all over for advice, initiation, and wisdom.

In the temple of Apollo there was a Sibyl or Pythia, a Priestess who was known to have a special bond with the God Apollo and gifts of clairvoyance that made her capable of seeing the future and making prophecies.

After receiving Lycurgus, the lawgiver of Sparta, the Sibyl said that he was a chosen one of the Gods, and blessed his plans to establish the Spartan constitution, saying it would make Sparta the most famous kingdom in the world.

The Seeress Priestess comes from the most ancient European tradition.

“None was allowed to approach or address Veleda herself. In order to inspire a great respect for her, those who sought her council were forbidden from seeing her. Veleda dwelled in a high and lofty tower, and there were those, chosen specifically for this purpose, who delivered questions to Veleda and brought back her answers, like the messengers of a Goddess.”

- Roman historian Tacitus, in his very extensive work called the “Histories”

Our Fairytales of Fair Maidens in their lofty towers come from blood memory of the ancient Germanic Seeress, sacred women who lived in their high towers & gave holy prophecy to members of their race.

With the passage of time, Christianity, and the forgetting of what was once known to be True, this memory was slowly corrupted, and the Sacred Seeress serving her race from her high tower became the Damsel imprisoned in her tower.

Despite this forgetting, the deepest core of this memory remains in the blood. Do you remember?👸🏼

Galadriel, certainly not a Virgin Mary as many christians LOTR fans claim.

Galadriel was not even a virgin, she was married and had children. She wasn't an passive character unlike the Virgin Mary, she surpassed nearly all others in beauty, knowledge, and power. Galadriel was no mere fey being, but a lady of great power. She bore one of the Great Rings - Nenya - the Ring of Adamant, and with the One Ring in her grasp as well, she would be a mighty match for the Dark Lord Sauron.

Galadriel possessed a tremendous amount of magical powers. She was even referred as a Mistress of Magic by Faramir of Gondor.

“Munius Lupercus, legate of one of the Roman legions, was sent along with many gifts to Veleda, a Maiden of the tribe of the Bructeri who possessed extensive Power; for since the most ancient times the Germans claimed that many of their women possessed the gifts of prophecy, and, so strong was this belief, that some women were even thought to be incarnations of Goddesses. The authority of Veleda at this time was at its height, because she had correctly foretold the success of the Germans and the destruction of the Roman legions.”
