A court has thrown out the decision by Melbourne border officials who ruled the Serbian tennis star did not have grounds to enter Australia with a vaccine exemption. (Sky News)

Djokovic had spent several nights in a hotel/detention facility after his visa was canceled. The court found that his positive test for Covid-19 in December should have seen him granted medical exemption under Australian govt rules.
