#livestream in question is Concrete Reporting, I have been watching the whole thing. Situation is that a protestor left money on the counter, the store owner grabbed the protestor thinking they stole ice cream without paying, things got heated, the group is still outside and is calmer now.

The recall team will be presenting oral arguments at trial tomorrow. If we find any new relevant police misconduct or Seattle municipal code violations from today's events we will continue to add such issues to our filings.
