#scanner SPD unencrypted comms have been fairly typical calls tonight and not related to the protests for the most part, however there has been a significant number of encrypted calls to talkgroup 45136 as of about 24 hours ago. I think we can fairly safely assume that this is the talk group they are using for CHOP related communications.
