Cops are blocking Minor and Pike.

They just moved the 5th and Pine traffic camera to face away from the crowd.

Area near Marginal Way might be locked down.

Cops heading back to West Precinct.

"White male with an AR-15 on Pike St."

"He was in the crosswalk, facing southbound."
