"1st and Spring man in a maroon mask with an AR-15," per the scanners.

The man is southbound.

"Shots fired very close of East Precinct."

SWAT is at Broad and Denny. (Possibly Broadway but likely Broad)

Officers are on the roof of a precinct. Could be another roof but likely a precinct.

"Blue SUV eastbound Madison last seen shooting"

"Cop car northbound on Denny"

"Officers are being shot at 2 blocks (?) in east precinct"

"5 and Pine National Guard and 50 officers"

"Sending bike units to 6 and Union."

"SWAT being released from west. Any non crowd control start demo plan . patrol resources go back to vehicle. We will patrol"

Metro buses have stopped running in the area because of reported shots. Kaiser Permanente is on lockdown.

"Demobilize all units that are not 3rd watch, they are returning vehicles and going mobile patrol."

"Active units return to precincts, stand down, debrief in morning." Still be cautious
