Footage is released of a May 18 police shooting an unarmed 13 year old carjacking suspect in the back. In the video it is clear that they move the boy (a major no no) and barely provide any medical support.

Neither the child or the cop who took the shot has had their name released as it's part of an ongoing investigation and lawsuit, the boy however may be permanently paralysed.
