Development update:

SERA's document management system is now live, where we can upload documents to IPFS and share a representation hash with pre-authorized parties, solving the issue of the bill of lading.

So far, the contractual process through smart contracts is done, and ecosystem participants can:
1. View and add other participants as authorized parties.
2. Go through the contractual procedures from RFQ to invoice, all through SERA smart contracts.
3. Create a letter of credit supported by SERA smart contracts; the contract holds the deal money till obligations are met.
4. Share a copy of all government-related documents through IPFS with pre-authorized parties, manage and track shipments in real-time using IoT. 
5. bringing business real-world assets on-chain by tokenizing them into NFTs.
6. Now that all processes have been documented on the blockchain, those tokenized real-world assets can be used as DeFi lending collateral.
