Ho appena moddato le moke aggiungendo un filtro di carta (dell'Aeropress) dopo il filtro di metallo 🫡
Edit: Se ve lo stesse chiedendo, sì, il caffè esce meglio ed ha meno fines residui, solo che aumenta la probabilità di trasformare la moka in una bomba artigianale (se lasciata sul fuoco alto, ma andrebbe usata sul fuoco basso anyway)
Edit 2: per fare una cosa simile ma più in sicurezza si può usare un filtro coi buchi più piccoli, tipo il filtro competizione di E&B Lab

Side note: se il caffè con la moka vi esce troppo in fretta vuol dire che c'è poca pressione e perdete del vapore da qualche parte
