Among the worst of innovations that is widespread these days is that both the Madhabiyyah and the Salafiyyah speak about Allah without knowledge. What I mean is the common speech of their Ulama when they go "The Hikmah behind this ruling is that..." without any proofs.

There are tons of rulings where you'll see these people make up reasonings that Allah and his Rasul ﷺ have not mentioned. If you ask them where they got it from they'll say "such and such Alim stated in his book". And if you go to that Alim's works and look through his books you will still not see any proof from Allah and his Rasul ﷺ about this supposed Hikmah.

We do not deny that Allah is wise and that he is the lord of wisdom, but we also accept and firmly believe that Allah does what he wants, and that we cannot say that everything Allah has revealed was with a Hikmah that we know. This is Batil and a lie about Allah. Sadly, whenever these people are confronted for their deviance, they will show even more deviance by firmly making Taqlid of this false methodology, just because their Ulama do it. May Allah guide them.

Allah said:
“And you uttered with your mouths that of which you had no knowledge and thought it was insignificant while it was, in the sight of Allah, tremendous”
[Surah al-Nur Ayah 15]

They claim to be the saved sect but are as deviant as those whom they make Tabdi' of. How come the "saved sect" lies about Allah, speaks about him without certainty, and says that which is considered as tremendous? They have no say about Allah's Ahkam, neither them nor their Ulama, Allah said:
“They said: ‘Do we have any say in the matter?’ Say: ‘Indeed, the matter belongscompletely to Allah”

[Surah Aal-Imran Ayah 154]

Ibn Ḥazm said, “The greatest astonishment comes from the Mālikīs (specifically Ibn al-Qāsim, the companion of Mālik, and Mālik himself) who say, ‘If war-disbelievers enter our lands under a truce while holding Muslim men and women as captives, those captives should not be taken away from them, nor should they be prevented from returning to the lands of the infidels or from engaging in sexual relations with the infidels.’¹

We declare ourselves free before Allāh, the Almighty, from this accursed statement, which causes the bodies of Muslims to shudder merely at hearing it, let alone accepting or believing it. I wonder, if they were to make a covenant with these disbelievers to exhume the grave of the Prophet ﷺ, to convert mosques into churches, or to hang bells in the minarets, would they rule it obligatory to honor such contracts?!

This is while they hear Allāh’s words: ‘How can there be a treaty for the polytheists with Allāh and His Messenger?’ [Barāʿah: 7]. Then rely on the ḥadīth of Abū Jandal, which has been abrogated by Allāh’s saying in Sūrah Barāʾah, as we have recited in this chapter.”

The sheer amount of 'mosques' that go out of their way to involve the state in the business of Muslims, even where the state is not explicitly demanding it from them is extremely disappointing. One clear example is how many such places will refuse to conduct nikkahs without a corresponding civil marriage, which renders you beholden to kufri marital law. How anyone who claims to be a Muslim could be satisfied with such a state of affairs is entirely beyond me.

"Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allāh in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]." [Qur'an 5:50]

People repeat the lie that 'Allah obligated obeying the law of the land' because the war on terror forced it down their throats, while not realizing this slogan is used to abolish the sharia in their masajid and their homes. 'Render unto Caesar what is Caesars' is a saying of the Nazarenes, not the Muslims.

There are some basic etiquettes of talking about the deen that are often overlooked:
- Be careful about making statements beginning with 'The Prophet (PBUH) said [...]'. It is better to say 'such and such book says that the Prophet (PBUH) said [...]'.
- Be careful of saying that the Prophet (PBUH) said certain words when you can instead prepend them with 'I recall there being a hadith that said [...]' or 'There is a hadith that says something like [...]'
- If you've never seen an ayah or a hadith about a matter, be silent instead of giving your opinion. That means you don't know it.

Allah will scrutinize whether or not you had the knowledge to make a given claim, even if your conclusion happened to be correct. We should all be active in demanding a better standard of knowledge from ourselves and the people around us.

Ibn Ḥazm did not believe affirming rubūbiyyah for the worshiped thing is a condition for ʿibādah of other than Allāh to be considered shirk

Ibn Ḥazm said, “They make sujūd to the images as a sujūd of ʿibādah and they fast for them out of religious devotion; this is undoubtedly idol worship and pure shirk.”

Our brother Yusuf Kara was beaten by the police for refusing to make his children stand in respect in front of Atatürk's statue.

After our brother Yusuf said: "I will not let my child stand in respect in front of Ataturk's idol" in a video, a lawsuit was filed against him, he was tried and sentenced to 1.6 years in prison. He was caught by the police.

He was asked by a person thought to be a high-ranking officer, "Son of a w****, who do you think you are?" After Yusuf Kara said "May Allah curse you" he was physically tortured by the police officers who were under the supervision of that official. His arms were suspended and they hit his back 10-15 times.

That officer said "Where is Allah now?" during the torture, and this torture was witnessed by nearly 15 police officers.

Muslims are trying to make the media report this event. Please make dua for him.

One of the reasons I talk about Ibn Hazm (RH) and his companions so much on here nowadays is in the hopes that someone better than me can do what is needed with this knowledge. I am hardly the best person for this job, but these things are so hidden away that perhaps the only thing missing for the Muslims is for the right person to find this.

Somebody charismatic, attractive, patient, young, steadfast, modest, intelligent, wealthy, careful and self-reflective, just one truly 10/10 person who people will gather around is all it takes. Inshallah such a person will be from among my children, but such a person must exist in our era inshallah.

Just a reminder that it's legal in many western countries to flog someone if you obtain their consent and that a Muslim is obligated by his religion to submit to the huddud. Do with that information what you will

Muslims often criticize atheists for believing they can intuit morals and arrive at them through pure rational discourse. However many Muslims themselves are in fact knee-deep in this, and this is why they find themselves confused when they learn about the permissibility of marrying pubescent people or cousins, or a woman who has been divorced 20 times, or slavery, or war, or the huddud, or inheritance etc. Instead of saying to themselves "I am a Muslim, and that means I submit to the authority of God," they say "I shudder to think that God would contradict what I feel, because that would make God bad, so clearly God is saying something else".

This twisted satanic mindset is absurdly widespread. You see it in the thobe-wearing tea drinking bearded man, like you see it in the shaved beer-drinking tattooed man.

Where do you even begin with such people?

It is far too common that people satisfy themselves with complacency, and sugar over it by calling it 'patience'. As usual a praiseworthy attribute is used to hide wickedness.

Patience is for bearing the burden you have been ordered with, but haste is what is demanded when it comes to implementing an order and doing good in the world.

"it is they who race to do good deeds, always taking the lead." [Qur'an 23:61]

Ibn Ḥazm said, “Some of them said: ‘Invalidating qiyās is the view of (Ibrāhīm) al-Naẓẓām, Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Iskāfī, Jaʿfar ibn Ḥarb, Jaʿfar ibn Mubashshir, ʿĪsā al-Murādī, Abū ʿAfār, and some of the Khawārij. Among them are those who permit marriage to a son’s daughter, grandmothers, and the consumption of a pig’s brain.’

We do not deny that Jews say ‘Lā ilāha illa Allāh,’ and we say it too. But as they mention these people, then do not forget that among those who share their view on qiyās are Abū al-Hudhayl al-ʿAllāf, Abū Bakr ibn Kaysān al-Aṣamm, Jahm ibn Ṣafwān, Bishr ibn al-Muʿtamir, Muʿammar, Bishr al-Marīsī, the Azāriqa, Aḥmad ibn Ḥābiṭ, and others. Some of them make qiyās of children to adults, and that their souls are reincarnated into children. And by qiyās with the people of Nūḥ they permitted killing children. And they make qiyās of the end of Paradise and Hell to the end of this world and held other repugnant beliefs.”

There is an argument that muqalideen use, that betrays their mental colonization. They say "if everyone were to make ijtihad people may come to extreme conclusions", and when you interrogate them about what sorts of conclusions they mean, you see that it simply equates to "views that displease the kuffar".

How does the muqalid, as someone who claims to have no understanding of the sharia, feel nonetheless qualified to determine the boundaries of acceptable Islamic discourse? How is it that they have no problem criticizing scholars who fall outside of these boundaries, while defending scholars within it, all the while they claim to be bereft of knowledge?

The truth is that they accept whichever scholar they are familiar with, and reject who they are unfamiliar with. They praise and insult based on a cointoss and whatever their community says.

Have you ever questioned why it is that it was never typical for 'lawyers' to be discussed in the context of the sharia? It is true that some matters in the sharia could be complex to people, and perhaps it would be useful for someone to appoint a knowledgeable person to put their case forth to a qadhi. This however, has never been typical, while in western legal systems it is in fact the norm to the point that neglecting to have a lawyer is considered tantamount to condemning oneself!

From the bizarrities of western criminal justice (and this sense of justice is indeed nothing short of criminal) is the idea that ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Does anyone consider this a reasonable dictum, particularly when it's estimated there are in effect over 400,000 individual laws in the United States legal system? If we consider this, we understand that according to their laws quite literally every citizen of the United States is nothing more than a 'criminal' who has yet to be caught. The author Harvey Silverglate estimated that the average US citizen is in fact committing 3 felonies per day.

The utility of this is clear: If anyone courts the ire of the courts, there will always be something to charge them with. The 'legal system' in fact exists only to create the appearance of justice to uphold people's faith in the power structure. "The purpose of a system of is what it does" and so the purpose of western legal systems is to increase their own power, and to attack anyone who disrupts power.

This is one particularly for you men under 20:
Don't make the mistake of listening to old ignorant people who tell you to keep waiting to get married. These are corrupt people that either think it is normal to enter your 30s a virgin or they find it more acceptable for a young man to commit zina for years on end and then marry some young naive girl after they've ruined themselves, rather than doing things the halal way from the get-go.

This mentality is contrary to what the Prophet (PBUH) ordered. Rather, if you have the means to marry (i.e: you can feed and clothe a woman), you need to be actively looking for a wife. It can take a while to find someone suitable and to understand what you're looking for, and the longer you leave it the more urgent it becomes.

If your parents don't like it, grow a spine, the command of the Prophet (PBUH) comes first.

"We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) while we were young and had no wealth. So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."" [Bukhari 5066]

أجبار في الجاهلية خوار في الإسلام؟!

Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه told those who advised him to be lenient with the apostates during the apostasy wars: "Are you tyrants in jahiliyyah and cowards in Islam?!"

Such is the case of many such as this charlatan "Shaykh" Uthman and many others such as the african american madkhali community. They flaunt, are proud of, and brag about how tough they are due to their crimes in Jahiliyyah
, for nonsensical and petty reasons, but when they "enter" Islam, you find them impotent cowards who shiver at the thought of speaking the truth and standing up against the tawagheet.
