Apparently there's now Telegram bots that just peek into chats and begin mass DM'ing users, while masquerading as the "channel"
- They have no @ username attached because Telegram (for some fucking reason) lets you have an account with no @ attached
- I can't ban (or fedban) them because they never actually *joined* the channel
Only option is to hit the "Block User" option AND SPECIFICALLY SELECT "REPORT SPAM"

If anyone has a 3rd party client that can print the User ID of the bot I can ban that, but otherwise yeah thanks to Telegram's shit-ass design it's literally not possible to stop these kinds of bots
