Shout out to my old roommate who literally broke down crying when I bought her a new laptop battery and replaced it because hers was straight up breaking the laptop chassis apart with how swollen it was

(It took several days of arguing for her to let me do the battery swap)

To clarify. She didn't cry out of joy. She cried because she's so terminally stubborn that she was wrong about "that battery will literally burn the house down"
