Chemtrails will continue by rogue pilots who are well funded by the Deep State. If the Patriots tried to pursue the planes or even take them out, it would draw way too much attention. It's a calculated move that the trails are less of a liability than alerting the normies before anything official could be made.

So they continue spraying for big bucks.

The goal of chemtrails isn't to poison the populace, that's just a side effect of the substances used.
