Plus like we said multiple times we are not just focused on promoting few human rights, like Amnesty is doing. They do almost nothing about euthanasia, animals and planet rights. According to Iranian law, “adultery while being married” carries a mandatory sentence of execution by stoning.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Please send appeals to arrive as quickly as possible, in Persian, Arabic, English, or
your own language:
- calling on the authorities to immediately commute all sentences of death by stoning;
- calling on them not to allow the execution of those convicted by any other means;
- urging the authorities to ensure that the moratorium on stonings is implemented immediately and effectively,
making it clear to officials of law enforcement, custodial and other relevant ministries and agencies that this

This is why people, especially in Europe, see the death sentence as a tabu and inhumane. Simply because there are countries that just do sentence, only to do that, other based on racism factors, other based on financial factors, etc. then obviously the amount of innocent prisioners or killed prisoners is high.
Second: how the death execution is done is huge different from country to country, means you cannot consider as all in one!

More severe administrative fines are allowed for propaganda transmitted via the Internet or other media networks or by a foreign citizen. Foreigners are also subject to 15 days of prison and deportation from Russia.
