- it'll auto-refresh token based on the user usage of spotify command on Raiden

• brought back Spotify Now-playing
• only for limited user (for 22 users), as it's in development mode (need approval from Spotify)
• Need Users Spotify mail address to allow access (development app restriction, removed upon application approval from Spotify)
• To send the mail address, /connect (from Raiden DM)
• And, if you wanna try and test it

Commands:
• /sn or /spotinow - to get current playing track (now playing)
• /sregister - to authenticate your account, Auto authentication after logging
• /Spotify_name or /rm_spotify - to use custom name or to remove the name
• /Spotify_themes - to use themes
