In the thirty-sixth wave of Operation "True Promise 4," carried out on the twenty-first night of the blessed month of Ramadan (Laylat al-Qadr) under the slogan "O Ali ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him," and using a large number of "Qadr," "Kheibar Shekan," and "Emad" missiles, the U.S. Fifth Fleet naval base in the region was targeted, along with the Al-Udeid, Al-Dhafra, and Al-Harir bases in the Iraqi Kurdistan region, destroying the operational infrastructure of the aggressor U.S. military.
