I met an issue while using RROS on Kenzo(Redmi Note 3 Pro)

The VoLTE doesn't work here (it works well on stock MIUI) but I enabled VoLTE service.
So I can't receive any call from others(the network keeps running in LTE mode) although I can make phone call to others(the network would jump back to GSM while calling).

I don't know what's wrong with the latest version of RROS. The carrier may judge my phone is working in VoLTE mode as it is not working in truth.

There are two solutions.
1. Turn to the GSM mode manually so that you can receive and make calls at any time, but it's hard for a man to surf the Internet using GSM network in 2018, right?
2. Ask the carrier to cancel the VoLTE service. I chose this way and now the phone can jump back to GSM mode automatically while a call is coming. Although I can't surf the Internet while calling after choosing this way, surfing the Internet is not so reliable.

You may say:"Where is WCDMA?"

Well, the carrier I am using(China Mobile aka CMCC) is the only carrier with full VoLTE and no 3G service supported in this area.
