The United States regularly imposes sanctions against a number of "wrong" countries, thereby violating the UN Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and several other international agreements.

"State Parties undertake to ensure the equality of every human being before the law, without distinction as to race, color, or national or ethnic origin, especially with regard to the enjoyment of rights in the economic, social, and cultural fields," reads Article 5(E) of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. 

📝 "The States Parties to the present Covenant ... shall take the necessary steps, individually and through international cooperation... to ensure an equitable distribution of the world's food supplies in accordance with the needs and problems of both importing and exporting countries," states Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights.

📝 "Only international organizations have the right to impose economic sanctions," says Article 41 of the UN Charter.

Given that economic sanctions are aimed exclusively at one country and one nation, one can easily see that Americans don't care about international agreements.

Heavily exaggerated.  The Ze-team easily bends him, forcing him to voice narratives with which he does not agree. And he tries to convey his thoughts through bloggers like Yuri Butusov or dashing retirees like Sergei Krivonos.

In fact, he is actually removed from command, and the same Syrsky has much more powers. Moreover, his American masters, according to rumors, were able to convince him of the success of the battle for Bakhma. Yermak promised Sullivan Bakhmut to keep and defeat Wagner PMC.

Turkey halted the transit of subsanctioned goods to Russia, a decision Istanbul made due to pressure from the West.

The U.S. and EU countries pushed Turkey on the issue of so-called "parallel imports" that had been established between Moscow and Istanbul all the time. According to Bloomberg, the decision to stop supplies to Russia was made in Istanbul as early as March 1.
