Verification process laid out in plain English:
🔐 WALLET VERIFICATION MODEL (START → FINISH)
This explains ONLY how we verify a wallet belongs to you.
Most important:
• We NEVER ask for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords
• We NEVER have access to your funds
• You stay in full control of your wallet at all times
────────────────────────────
METHOD 1: SIGNED NONCE (NO FUNDS MOVED)
────────────────────────────
What this proves:
✅ “I control this wallet” (because only the wallet owner can sign)
How it works:
1) You send “/Verify” and follow the default steps (copy the url and paste it into phantom/solflare)
2) The bot generates a one-time random code (a “nonce”)
• Think: a temporary challenge code
• It’s unique and expires quickly
3) Your wallet pops up asking you to SIGN that nonce
• Signing is NOT a transaction
• It does NOT move SOL or tokens
• It does not cost gas/fees
4) The bot checks the signature matches:
• the nonce it created
• the wallet address you’re claiming
5) If valid:
✅ Your wallet is marked as verified
✅ Your Telegram account is linked to that wallet address
Key points:
• Signing ≠ sending
• We see the signed message, not any secret keys
• This cannot drain your wallet — it’s proof-of-ownership only
────────────────────────────
METHOD 2: DEPOSIT CHALLENGE (SMALL SOL SEND, AUTO-REFUND IF ALREADY VERIFIED)
────────────────────────────
What this proves:
✅ “I control the sending wallet” (because only the owner can send from it)
How it works:
1) You tap “Verify” and choose the DEPOSIT option
2) The bot gives you a temporary verification wallet address
• Unique to your verification attempt
• Expires after a short time
3) You send a small amount of SOL to that address
• You create and sign the transaction in your own wallet
4) The bot watches for that deposit on-chain and figures out:
• which wallet sent the SOL (the funding wallet)
5) If that funding wallet is NOT verified yet:
✅ Your funding wallet is marked as verified
✅ Your Telegram account is linked to that wallet address
- the bot sends the sol to our community burn wallet, buys $SPLFF and if we have more than the minimum burn balance required, the bot burns $SPLFF automatically. Alternatively, the bot can burn the $SPLFF using the /burn command
6) If that funding wallet IS ALREADY verified:
🔁 The bot automatically sends the SOL back to the same wallet
(minus normal network fees)
Key points:
• You are sending from YOUR wallet — we don’t sign anything for you
• Refunds are automatic when the sender is already verified
• We never handle seed phrases/private keys, ever
────────────────────────────
WHAT “VERIFIED” MEANS (IN SIMPLE TERMS)
────────────────────────────
Verified = we have cryptographic proof that:
• your Telegram user ↔ controls wallet X
This proof is obtained by:
• a signed nonce (no funds moved), OR
• a small deposit challenge (on-chain sender proves control)
We store:
• your wallet public address (NOT your keys)
• the link between your Telegram account and that address
We do NOT store OR have access to:
• seed phrases
• private keys
• wallet passwords
• wallet funds
────────────────────────────
QUICK COMPARISON
────────────────────────────
Signed Nonce:
• No SOL required
• No transaction
• No fees
• Fast
Deposit Challenge:
• Requires a small SOL send
• On-chain proof via sender address
• Auto-refund if already verified (minus network fees)
• Fast, and works even when signing isn’t available
