On many drones you can simply downgrade your drones firmware to a version before these no fly zones were added, maybe the first firmware version.
On drones that work with Android Apps, you can often open the apk file as a zip to remove the noflyzone database.
For any other special cases, I encourage you to search online for a custom firmware for your particular drone. See if other people have figured out how to remove restrictions with your model."
