Biodiversity crush of the day: the uroplatus phantasticus, aka the leaf-tailed gecko!

Totally not a dried leaf. Totally. This species is indigenous to Madagascar! They're nocturnal reptiles, feed on insects, and are of course endangered because of pet trade.
Let's leave these leaves on trees : )

Got some random local plants that are tasty for humans and/or bees and planted them randomly all over town... why haven't I done this sooner? Much fun. :D
