Complete manufacturing of complex components: NILES-SIMMONS machine concept „CLOSED-DOOR-MACHINING“
NILES-SIMMONS developed the machining concept “CLOSED-DOOR-MACHINING to meet the ever-increasing requirements concerning the manufacturing of complex, high-precision parts and components initially for the aviation industry.
This concept allows the complete machining of parts in one continuous process within one machine and without any operator interventions. It is applicable for various part types which, historically, had to be manufactured in several process steps on various different machines.

📌Blind Hole Relief
Provide tool relief for the bottoms of blind bored holes.
Tool relief at the end of a bored hole will simplify the operation of honing, boring, reaming, and grinding and reduce costs. The minimum amount of relief is expressed as a percent of the diameter of the pre-bored.
It is recommended that relief at the end of bored hole should be greater than or equal to 3% of the diameter of bored hole.

📌Minimum Internal Corner Radius
It is recommended to avoid sharp internal corners and provide large inside radius so that a tool with large nose radius can enter easily. A tool with large radius is less prone to breakage. A turn-down surface at right angles to an un-machined (cast) surface might lead to burrs. The minimum radius on internal corners of a turned part determines the cutting inserts that can be used.
It is always recommended to use cutting inserts with larger radii.

اصول تلرانس گذاری هندسی یکی از مهمترین پایه های یک طراحی بی نقص و موجب ارتقا و افزایش توان مانور تکنسین مونتاژکار ماشین یا مجموعه قالب میشود این سیستم تلرانس گذاری بنا به دلایل بسیار زیادی که در سالهای قبل در کانال توضیح کامل و وسیعی در موردش دادم نسبت به سیستم تلرانس گذاری اینکریمنتال یا ابسولوت که همان تعیین میزان انحراف مجاز در محورهای مختصاتی میباشد برتری دارد اما در مواردی طرح یا مدل نیاز به محاسبات GD&T ندارد و با همان تلرانس گذاری مختصاتی میتوان به نتیجه مطلوب در مونتاژ نهایی رسید در یک کلیپ بسیار جامع تلاش کردم در 10 دقیقه مفاهیم GD&T را مشخص و کاربردی نمایم این کلیپ زیبا را پیدا کردم و با شما مهندسان و همراهان به اشتراک گذاشتم امیدوارم کاربردی باشد از نظر من با 30 سال تجربه طراحی تسلیحات و اجزای دقیق مکانیزمهای مکانیکی بسیار کاربردی بود

The principles of geometric tolerancing is one of the most important foundations of a perfect design and it improves and increases the maneuverability of the machine assembler technician or mold set. It is superior to the incremental or absolute tolerancing system, which is the determination of the permissible deviation in the coordinate axes, but in some cases, the design or model does not require GD&T calculations, and with the same coordinate tolerancing, you can achieve the desired result in the final assembly in a very comprehensive effort clip. I tried to clarify and apply the concepts of GD&T in 10 minutes. I found this beautiful clip and shared it with you engineers and companions. I hope it will be useful. In my opinion, with 30 years of experience in designing weapons and precise components of mechanical mechanisms, it was very useful
