Where are you feeling lit up in your heart right now? It’s really important. Very easy to overlook the importance of having a happy moment or a peaceful moment in your heart. If we cut those moments out, as a society and as a world, if we don't nurture them, if we abandon them; if we are too traumatized to access them - we don't see them. We create those acts of heart magic. And of course, the Universe, nature, the world of the animal kingdom, so many different aspects will also bring in heart magic. But as humans, one of the highest things we can do is create heart magic for others, experience it in ourselves, know how to nurture and generate it for ourselves, then that becomes part of our energy field.
