In this time of intensifying light with all its volatility, challenges and gifts remember to take the time to notice and appreciate the small blessings. I heard, from a spiritual teacher, many years ago that it is important to stop and smell the roses rather than rush on past in the the spiritual hero’s quest to get somewhere. In other words focus on being and allow the doing to arise from that place. Here in England we are blessed with many public rose gardens and I often take the time to appreciate and smell the roses when they are in bloom. So todays message is to focus your consciousness in the present moment and release all concerns of past and future to your Higher Self. Today, look for the various facets of beauty that radiates through certain places in nature and through certain individuals. When you notice it, silently bless that beauty!
