So I'm walking in the garden, and a magpie feather (my fave) falls down on my feet. I looked around, there's no magpies in my trees. I always get gifted these whenever I'm feeling positive, it's a gift to say carry on this way and keep it up.

It can often be hard as our minds are programmed to work against us.
