🚨A Burger King employee in Florida allegedly shot a customer after he threw mayonnaise at her face, police and local reports said.

Shateasha Hicks, 30, was arrested Thursday and charged with discharging a firearm in public after the incident at the Miami Gardens fast-food joint.
Police said Hicks opened fire on a man after an argument at the drive-thru window.

A relative of Hicks told NBC 6 that the customer she shot had squirted or thrown mayonnaise in her face. The customer drove off and parked in the Burger King lot, according to a witness.

Hicks then allegedly went to her car, grabbed a gun, and squeezed off five shots at the person’s vehicle as they drove away, according to an arrest report obtained by the outlet.

🔎Kim Davis, the former Kentucky clerk who gained notoriety for denying marriage licenses to two gay couples in 2015, has been found guilty of violating their Constitutional rights. The decision was handed down Friday by a Kentucky federal judge, according to a report in The Hill.

While serving as the clerk of Rowan County, Davis repeatedly turned away two gay couples: David Ermold and David Moore, and James Yates and Will Smith.

Despite the ruling, Davis’ legal representatives aren’t backing down. In a statement Friday, Liberty Counsel, an evangelical non-profit, said Davis is not responsible for damages, arguing that Kentucky allows clerks to opt-out of issuing hunting and fishing licenses.

🐷🐻🐷Wild video shows a pair of pigs fiercely fighting off a large black bear that climbed into their enclosure in Connecticut. The pigpen in New Milford looked more like a wrestling ring when the bear scaled a fence and began attacking one of the oinkers earlier this month.

Ring security video obtained by NBC Connecticut showed a white pig named Mary pushing back against the bruin.

Hammy, a black hog who had been inside of roofed shelter attached to the sty, then suddenly charges at the bear, backing it into a corner on its hind legs, the dramatic footage shows.

After a few minutes, the embattled bear leaps out of the pen. Rebecca Shaw, who owns the therapy pigs, told the outlet she was proud of the plucky animals.

💪💪🏽💪🏿"This is not an anti-Lia campaign," Beth Stelzer told The Post. "It's a pro-woman campaign.

But she’s been at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta for the past three days protesting controversial transgender swimmer Lia Thomas’ ‘presence’ at the NCAA swimming championships.

Stelzer, 37, has been joined in Atlanta by women from all over the country who are part of Save Women’s Sports, a group she says fights for biological sex-based eligibility for female sports. The group is part of a growing backlash against transgender athletes like Thomas.

“This is not an anti-Lia campaign,” Stelzer told The Post. “It’s a pro-woman campaign. We think everyone should play sports fairly.”

👤A former Apple employee has been charged with defrauding the tech giant out of more than $10 million by taking kickbacks, stealing equipment and laundering money, federal prosecutors said.

Dhirendra Prasad, 52, worked for 10 years as a buyer in Apple’s Global Service Supply Chain department.
A federal criminal case unsealed Friday alleges that he exploited his position to defraud the company in several schemes, including stealing parts and causing the company to pay for items and services it never received.

A court has allowed the federal government to seize five real estate properties and financial accounts worth about $5 million from Prasad, and the government is seeking to keep those assets as proceeds of crime, the U.S. Attorney’s office in San Jose said in a news release.

⛔️Warning: the following video is disturbing and may offend sensibilities

School officials in Kenosha, Wisconsin, released surveillance footage that shows an off-duty police officer putting his knee on a 12-year-old girl’s neck to restrain her amid a lunchtime fight.

The Kenosha Unified School District released redacted footage of the March 4 fight on Friday. It shows Kenosha officer Shawn Guetschow intervening in the fight and then scuffling with the girl, before falling to the ground and hitting his head on a table.

Guetschow, who was working as a security guard at the school, then pushes the girl’s head into the ground. He uses his knee on her neck for about half a minute before handcuffing her and walking her out of the cafeteria.

The school district initially placed Guetschow on paid leave. He resigned from his part-time security job with the school on Tuesday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
