🔎 Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Patrisse Cullors admitted in an interview she spent overnights and hosted multiple personal events at the group’s controversial Malibu mansion.

Cullors’s statements come after she claimed to have “never misappropriated funds” related to the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation’s (BLMGNF) purchase of a $6 million Malibu home with donor funds.

BLM faced a torrent of criticism and backlash last month when it publicly emerged that the organization had “secretly” purchased the LA mansion, which came complete with six bedrooms and bathrooms, a swimming pool, a soundstage, and office space, back in 2020.

NashStore, which means "Our Store," is an app that will work with Android smartphones and other devices. It allows users in Russia and some other former Soviet states to download, install, and update apps and pay for subnoscriptions similar to the Google Play store.

NashStore is compatible with Russian bank cards under the Mir payment system, which was created to circumvent earlier international sanctions and cut the country's reliance on US payment platforms like Visa and Mastercard.

‼️Royal Bahamas Police identified the three American tourists who died under mysterious circumstances at the luxury Sandals Emerald Bay resort on the island of Exuma on Monday.

"They were all treated at different times, and they ate at different places," Police Commissioner Paul Rolle said at a press conference. "We are checking all of that and hopefully we will be able to determine whether it was some food or something else that caused it."

Hotel staff discovered the three people unresponsive in their villas at the Emerald Bay Sandals Resort on Great Exuma on Friday morning. While police were on the way to the resort, the staff informed them they had discovered another man and woman, also unresponsive, in a separate villa, police said.

Rolle said he would not speculate on the cause of their deaths as police and health officials continue their investigation.

🔎In Alabama, a new state law that took effect Sunday makes it a felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison, for doctors to prescribe puberty blockers and hormones to trans people under age 19. A judge has not yet ruled on a request to block the state from enforcing the law.

The measure is part of a wave of legislation in Republican-controlled states focused on LGBTQ youth. Bills have been introduced to limit discussion of gender and sexual identity issues in younger grades or prohibit kids from using school restrooms or playing on sports teams that don’t align with their sex at birth.

Four Alabama families with transgender children have filed a lawsuit challenging the new state law as unconstitutional. The U.S. Department of Justice has joined the suit. A federal judge heard evidence this week on a request to block the state from enforcing the statute while the legal challenge goes forward.

🔎 🔴Russell Taylor and Angela Taylor were sentenced today, ending a years-long child exploitation investigation into a conspiracy that involved Taylor, Baldwin, and Jared Fogle. Taylor was sentenced to 27 years in prison and Baldwin was sentenced to over 33 years in prison.

According to court documents, the investigation into Taylor, Baldwin, and Fogle began in 2014, when an acquaintance of Taylor and Baldwin contacted the Indiana State Police to report that Taylor had offered to send her child sexual abuse material.

“The collaborative work performed by the Indiana State Police, Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and our federal law enforcement partners helped to bring to justice those who sought to perpetuate the victimization of children”, said Indiana State Police Superintendent Douglas G. Carter. “And for that, I am so proud and grateful for their tireless efforts.”
