One of them is Manuel LaFont, 54, a father of two.

The other victims, Antonio and Gladys Lozano, 83 and 79, had reportedly been together for 59 years. The couple's grandson, Brian Lozano, told ABC News that they always argued over who would die first – because neither of them wanted to live without the other.

The fourth victim of the collapse, Stacie Fang, 54, was identified on Friday. A fifth person remains unidentified.

Donald Trump has taken a jab at "woke" US generals who embrace critical race theory rather than tackling "enemies".

During a speech in Wellington, Ohio he argued that the US military "will be incapable of fighting and incapable of taking orders", referring to a potential spat between a US private and a "woke general".
