...but a day later he made a video with one of the prostitutes
The bank even froze Hunter Biden's account because there were too many payments to prostitutes. This was revealed by the manager of the escort agency, who appears in the records as "Eva" (she refers to Hunter as Robert in the messages, which is his birth name). After that, he opted to pay her in cash

Russian First Deputy Representative to UN Dmitry Polyansky has taken to Twitter to comment on the claims of a "missile stike" on a shopping centre in Kremenchuk, calling it an apparent Bucha-style provocation.

“We have to wait and see what our Defense Ministry has to say, but there are already too many obvious inconsistencies. This is exactly what the Kiev regime needs to keep the focus on Ukraine ahead of the NATO summit,” Polyansky tweeted.

🤿🏊Two men drowned while on a diving expedition in a mazelike Florida cave system that extends deep below the surface, authorities said Thursday.

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said three teenagers saw the two divers go into the Buford Springs Cave on Wednesday, but one surfaced and was floating unresponsively. Rescue divers found the second man 137 feet (41 meters) down into the cave.

They were identified as Todd Richard McKenna, 52, and Stephen Roderick Gambrell, 63. The medical examiner will determine the cause of the deaths.

According to the sheriff’s office, the teenagers heard the two divers discussing going into the cave and whether they had enough air in their tanks, with one mentioning a possible leak.
Both then went down into the water and apparently drowned, the sheriff’s office said.

😳😢A Subway worker in Atlanta, Georgia was shot dead, and another was injured after an angry customer opened fire all over a sandwich, police said.

The authorities said the shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. at a Subway adjacent to a gas station on Northside Drive Southwest. The owner of the Subway says the reason for the shooting was small: a customer was mad about mayo.

"Believe it or not, it was about too much mayonnaise on his sandwich," owner Willie Glenn said. In this argument, police say the customer shot two Subway employees, leaving a 26-year-old woman dead and another 24-year-old woman rushed to surgery in critical condition.

"Yes, it's a sandwich, but more importantly, someone who failed to resolve a conflict, having a conversation to just re-order a sandwich, decided to take action in his hands. And now we have devastated families," Atlanta Police Deputy Chief Charles Hampton said at a press conference.

🧐📲A nurse from Springfield, Illinois tweeted she was going to start basing her prescribing methods on her patient’s political and religious affiliations and has resigned.

“A Sarah Bush Lincoln Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), who posted a discriminatory message on social media over the weekend, has resigned,” the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health (SBLH) Center in Lincoln, Illinois, said in a statement following backlash over the nurse's tweet.

"I prescribe meds... I can also choose not to prescribe them,” the nurse, identified online as Shawna Harris, allegedly tweeted, according to screenshots. “So from now on.. if you are a white male who votes conservative, your penis needs to ask God for the power to rise. No more Viagra."

SBLH confirmed the nurse in question, identified online as Harris, apologized for her actions, but not before she reportedly doubled down on her statement after her tweet began raising concerns on social media.

⚖️ The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sided with a former Bremerton High School football coach who lost his job because he refused to stop praying on the field after games. The justices said Kennedy's prayer was protected by the First Amendment.

“The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike,” wrote Justice Neil Gorsuch for the majority.

The case strained the justices to wrestle with how to balance the religious and free speech rights of professors and coaches with the rights of students not to feel pressured into participating in religious practices. The outcome could strengthen the acceptability of some religious practices in public school settings.

🟢Large companies in the United States, such as Disney, JP Morgan, and Meta*, have agreed to cover the travel expenses of their employees who decide to have an abortion.

The announcement comes after a landmark ruling by the US Supreme Court that struck down the constitutional right to abortion. The ruling paves the way for each state to ban abortion in its jurisdiction individually.

Consequently, millions of women across the country now face restrictions on terminating pregnancies. Before the ruling, companies like Amazon, Yelp, and the banking group CitiGroup had already announced that they would make it easier for their employees to travel to other states to circumvent abortion bans.

After the ruling, however, the number of companies confirming that they will cover these travel expenses through their health insurance plans has increased.

🇪🇨The president of Ecuador, Guillermo Lasso, met the demands of demonstrators when he announced this Sunday a reduction in fuel prices.

In a television appearance, the president announced that the cut would consist of 10 cents on the dollar from current prices already frozen by the demonstrations.

"Everyone considers that the price of fuel has become the cornerstone that maintains the conflict and, although as a government we are very clear that this factor is not the one that causes the problem of Ecuadorians, we must think about the common good and the citizen peace," said the president.

The reduction is less than requested by the indigenous groups, who have been leading the protests against his government that have convulsed the country for 14 days and that have left at least six dead, but it is seen as the second visible step that the government is taking to solve the crisis due to the protests.

🎶Amazon’s Alexa could soon replicate the voice of family members even if they’re dead. The capability, unveiled at Amazon’s Re: Mars conference in Las Vegas, is in development and would allow the virtual assistant to mimic a specific person's voice with less than a minute of provided recording.

Rohit Prasad, senior vice president and head scientist for Alexa, said at the event Wednesday that the desire behind the feature was to build greater trust in the interactions users have with Alexa by putting more “human attributes of empathy and affect.”

Amazon’s push comes as competitor Microsoft said it was scaling back its synthetic voice offerings and setting stricter guidelines to “ensure the active participation of the speaker” whose voice is recreated.

🌎 A study has found the number of hurricanes has decreased in every ocean basin, except for one, over the past century.

🌀 The study, published in the journal Nature Climate Change, found that the annual number of global hurricanes, typhoons and tropical storms — or tropical cyclones, more generally, has declined by roughly 13% as the planet has warmed during the 20th century.

👨‍🔬 Scientists found that the number of storms increased only in the North Atlantic Ocean.

📌 The lead researcher said the drop in frequency doesn’t mean storms are becoming less of a threat, saying while there may be fewer tropical cyclones in the future, it is likely they will be more intense.
