US Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly facing doubt from some White House officials and fellow Democrats amid a staff mistreatment backlash.
Following anonymous claims of an unhealthy work environment within the offices of the VP, some Democrats are casting doubt on a presumptive presidential bid by Harris in the event of Biden not running in 2024.
Unnamed officials are also reportedly questioning the ability of the VP to end the migrant crisis and roll back new voting rights restrictions in several states.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro accused the CIA and the US military agencies of planning to assassinate him, particularly wondering whether Joe Biden has something to do with it.
"Did Joe Biden ratify Donald Trump's orders to lead Venezuela into civil war and kill us? Yes or no? I ask," Maduro stated during a speech at a military ceremony on Friday.
It's not the first time that the Venezuelan president has suspected his US counterparts of attempting to kill him. In 2019, Maduro accused Donald Trump of urging neighboring Colombia to participate in a plot to kill him and overthrow the Venezuelan government.

The White House announced that the average cost of a barbecue this Fourth of July will be down a whopping 16 cents, from last year.
While the price of gas and housing went up a significant amount this year, Americans will enjoy 16 cents off their hot-dogs. But do they really appreciate the "bargain"?
And how did White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki clarify the WH tweet to bemused netizens?
"I would say, if you don’t like hot dogs, you may not care of the reduction of cost. You don’t have to like hot dogs," Psaki noted.

Engineers who visited the site of the Surfside town condo collapse or reviewed photos of debris have determined a possible reason behind the wreckage.
According to specialists, critical sections near the base of the building appear to not have been steel reinforced in the amount required by the project’s original design drawings.
Allyn E. Kilsheimer, a forensic engineering expert, confirmed that there are "signs that the amount of steel used to connect concrete slabs below a parking deck to the building’s vertical columns might be less than what the project’s initial plans specified".

Is Trump running again in 2024?
A former Trump adviser, Steve Bannon, doesn't doubt it.
“Donald J. Trump is running again in 2024, there’s absolutely no doubt about that,” Bannon said, speaking on a Newsmax 'Spicer & Co' cable show.
Bannon made his claim after being asked about charges the Trump Organization is facing in New York state over tax crime, suggesting the numerous indictments are a "plot" by Attorney General Letitia James to "stop" the former president.
