▪️Russian forces performed a high-precision sea, air and ground-based weapons strike at military reserves in Kiev and Chernigov regions on 28 July, with the result that the 30th Ukrainian mechanized brigade fully lost its combat potential and the 57th motorized brigade was critically damaged;

▪️Russian forces struck one Tochka-U missile launcher, a warehouse of rocket and artillery weapons and the ammunition depot of the 81st air-mobile brigade of the Ukraine army in the DPR;

▪️Russian aviation destroyed a Tor-M1 anti-aircraft missile system in the Kharkov region and a self-propelled anti-aircraft rocket launcher Buk-M1 in the DPR;

▪️Russian anti-aircraft means destroyed 6 UAVs in the Kharkov region and in the territory of the DPR;

▪️12 Ukrainian multiple rocket launcher projectiles were intercepted in the territory of the LPR and one Tochka-U ballistic missile was intercepted in the Kharkov region by Russian anti-aircraft forces
