There is far more interesting news to focus on
Fox News host Tucker Carlson ripped 'Idiot Republicans' for spending the past week focusing on the "human rights situation in Cuba" instead of paying attention to the ongoing crackdown on free speech at home in the US.
🗣 "It [Cuba] is not a free country, that's true, but increasingly neither are we, and they don't seem to notice what's going on in the country they're supposed to be running," Carlson said. "They're spending all their time focusing on this Caribbean nation. It's not central to our interests."

🔫 At least two people were killed and four others were wounded in a shooting in Sacramento, California, the Sacramento Police Department said.
How is the Capitol riot worse than the darkest day in American history?
The families of 9/11 victims decried the attempts to compare the terrorist attack to the 6 January Capitol siege or suggest that the events of that day were "worse" than the 2001 wreckage.
Matthew Dowd, a former US President George W. Bush administration strategist, recently suggested that the Capitol riot was "worse" than 9/11 because it so sharply divided the country and has given "permission for people to pursue autocratic means".
Dowd’s comparison did not please people like Jim Riches, who lost his firefighter son Jimmy Riches at Manhattan’s World Trade Centre on 11 September, or Debra Burlingame, whose brother was a pilot on ill-fated American Airlines Flight 77, who said that it was a shame and deeply offensive to turn the two events into a competition of destruction.
