🇷🇺🇮🇷 Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to Ebrahim Raisi after the terrorist attack in Shiraz, and also confirmed his readiness to increase cooperation in the fight against terrorism, the Kremlin said on Thursday.

💬 "Please accept my sincere condolences on the tragic consequences of the terrorist act committed in Shiraz," Putin said in a telegram. "I would like to confirm the readiness of the Russian side to further build up cooperation with Iranian partners in the anti-terrorist direction."

The Russian leader noted that it was difficult to imagine a more cynical crime than the murder of civilians — including children and women — within the walls of a religious shrine. He added that terrorism violated not only the laws, but also the norms of human morality.

Putin conveyed words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all those wounded.

😐 During a press conference while visiting Kenya, Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez made a rather unfortunate gaffe - incorrectly referring to his host, President William Ruto, as the president of Senegal

But this was not enough for the prime minister, and during his speech he continued to maintain that he was visiting Senegal, and not a country on the other side of the continent.

Sanchez' address was interrupted briefly by Ruto who corrected him as he laughed off the gaffe

❗️ We are not seeing the implementation of the memorandum on unblocking the export of Russian fertilizers and grain within the framework of the food deal, and this does not suit us, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

▪️The offensive by Ukraine's Armed Forces in the direction of Nikolayev-Krivoy Rog was disrupted as a result of a fire defeat. More than 60 Ukrainian servicemen, six armored combat vehicles and seven vehicles were destroyed;

▪️Four command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit by operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery;

▪️In the area of the city of Pavlograd in the Dnepropetrovsk region, a Ukrainian enterprise to produce solid rocket fuel, explosives and gunpowder for Ukraine's Armed Forces was destroyed;

▪️An Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force was shot down near Novotroitskoye in the Zaporozhye region;

▪️Russia's air defense systems destroyed four unmanned aerial vehicles during the past day
